Yoga
Ananda Marga Hatha Yoga classes are held regularly
each week. Stretching the body for flexibility and
glandular balance, yoga also utilizes breathing, relaxation
and aware movements to calm and quiet the mind.

 
   
Meditation
Complementing the yoga, Meditation Circles and Dharmacakra
(collective meditation) are held weekly for both beginning and
experienced meditators. As an understanding of yoga
philosophy is important to one’s spiritual practice and lifestyle,
discussions of philosophy and explanations of yogic practices
are included in the Meditation Circles.
